The audited Financial Solvency Condition Report (SFCR) on the financial strength and solvency of ALTIUS INSURANCE LTD as at 31 December 2025 is now available to insured customers and the public at the link below. The report was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the of Law on Insurance Brokerage and Other Related Issues Law, any related Delegated Acts and the guidelines issued by EIOPA. Altius Insurance Ltd shows profits before tax of €11.1m and a strong solvency ratio of 278% for 2025.

As of 21.04.2026, new legal provisions regarding the removal of vehicles following minor road traffic accidents are in force.

Under the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2026 (Law 77(I)/2026), when a road traffic collision results only in property damage and certain conditions are met, the vehicles involved must be moved from the scene of the accident.

The purpose of the new legislation is to improve road safety and reduce traffic congestion.
