OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF – LIMASSOL BRANCH The position is suitable for an individual with strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to provide excellent service to customers and partners.

Role and Main Responsibilities: ➢ Collection of insurance premiums ➢ Registration and processing of insurance applications ➢ Issuance of Cover Notes ➢ Providing support and service to Insurance Advisors and customers ➢ Various administrative and secretarial duties

Qualifications: ➢ Knowledge in Business Administration or another related field will be considered an additional advantage ➢ Proficiency in computer use and online applications (minimum requirement: Microsoft Word and Excel) ➢ Excellent knowledge and use of the Greek and English languages, both verbally and in written communication ➢ Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills ➢ Confidentiality, ability to work as part of a team, and effective communication skills ➢ Previous experience in a similar position within an insurance office will be considered an additional advantage

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology/Systems, recognized by the Ministry of Education.

• Very good knowledge of programming technologies, including Microsoft technologies and/or PHP
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and upgrading of existing software applications.
• Analysis, design, and development of software solutions.
• Providing effective solutions to software-related issues.
• Conducting various software testing and quality checks.
