  • Our helpline representative will attend the place of the accident in order to:
    Photograph the accident and all the damages conducted to the involved vehicles.
  • Preparation of documents (claim form/ the signature of the insured driver is required).
  • Towing of the vehicle (if needed).

The Service undertakes the restoration or repair up to a limit of €150.00 per incident, completely free of charge:

  • Breakdown of plumbing.
  • Breakdown of electrical installations.
  • Locks.
  • Glass panes & Crystals.
  • Temporary replacement of a television set.
  • Temporary replacement of fax machine, laptop, mobile phone.
  • Security services.
  • Cleaning services of damaged area.
  • Transportation of furniture.
  • Transportation of equipment, storing of furniture or other personal items.

  • Accommodation of the insured in a hotel
  • Ambulance service.
  • Urgent return of the insured from abroad to his residence or business.
  • Communication of urgent messages.
  • Visit the doctor of your choice.
  • Ask the doctor the treating doctor to completely fill out and sign the claim form (point B).
  • Fill out and sign the claim form (point A).
  • Submit the claim form on time (within 20 days from the date of the incident) accompanied by all the necessary supporting documents (payment receipts, detailed invoices, relevant referrals and diagnostic test results where required).

    A separate claim form should be completed for each insured member for each different medical event/condition.

In case of hospitalisation to a hospital/medical centre, you must first secure the approval of the company.

For emergencies, approval can be secured within 24 hours of admission.

Approval Process

  • Send a written notification to the Company's Claims Department at least 36 hours before the scheduled hospitilisation.
  • Comply with the Company's instructions regarding the submission of the necessary data or supporting documents for the evaluation of medical certificates and information.
  • Inform the hospital and your doctor that the pre-approval of the Company is required to cover the expenses and to act accordingly to ensure this.
  • At contracted hospitals and doctors, the coverage is 100% on reasonable and necessary expenses.
