Assist America Global Emergency Services
Assist America® provides Altius Insurance's global emergency services. In the event that an insured person becomes ill or has an accident while traveling more than 150 miles from their permanent residence or is in another country, Assist America will provide support with medical referrals, follow-up, emergency medical transport, repatriation and many other travel services assistance.
Insured members can get help when they need it most by downloading the Assist America Mobile App for iPhone and Android and pressing "Help" or calling the 24-hour Management Center at the following numbers:
