Coverage Details:
It covers damages to the building and/or its contents, in the event of a fire and other events, such as:
Lightning, explosion, bursting of pipes, water leak, tempest, earthquake.
Malicious damages, riots, strikes, insurrections.
Coverage Extension:
Extension of cover for other perilous situations, such as burglary, theft, rent loss, accidental breakage of glass, heating/cooling system damage.
water heaters and photovoltaic panels.
Indicative Premium:
Private dwellings: 1,50% (except in cases of high risk).
Office: 1,60%
Apartment Blocks: 1,35%-1,45%
Garment/clothing shops: 1,95%

As of 21.04.2026, new legal provisions regarding the removal of vehicles following minor road traffic accidents are in force.

Under the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2026 (Law 77(I)/2026), when a road traffic collision results only in property damage and certain conditions are met, the vehicles involved must be moved from the scene of the accident.
