Key Information Documents (KIDs) are documents provided to customers to help them understand investment products' risks, costs, potential profits and they are considered as a helpful tool, that contributes to the comparison with other similar investment products. Those who sell investment products are permitted to provide investors with KIDs.

As of 21.04.2026, new legal provisions regarding the removal of vehicles following minor road traffic accidents are in force.

Under the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2026 (Law 77(I)/2026), when a road traffic collision results only in property damage and certain conditions are met, the vehicles involved must be moved from the scene of the accident.

The purpose of the new legislation is to improve road safety and reduce traffic congestion.
